Delete your 1000 Days account
You can delete your 1000 Days account and the data linked to it at any time, using either of the options below. You don't need to reinstall the app to use Option 2.
Option 1
Delete your account in the app
- Open the 1000 Days app and sign in.
- Tap Profile, then Account settings.
- Tap Delete your account at the bottom of the screen.
- Optionally, tell us why you're leaving.
- Review what will be deleted, then tap Delete my account.
Your account will be permanently deleted 30 days later. If you change your mind, sign in again within those 30 days and your account will be restored.
Option 2
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app, send us an email from any device:

Include: the mobile number registered to your account and, if you'd like, your name.
Email us to delete your account
To protect your account, we may ask you to verify that the number is yours (for example, with a one-time password sent by SMS) before we act. We'll confirm by email once your request is processed, within 30 days of verification.
Before you delete
- Subscriptions: 1000 Days subscriptions are billed directly through our payment provider. If you have an active subscription, cancel or manage its renewal in the app before you delete so you aren't billed again.
- Wallet balance: any remaining balance is lost when your account is deleted. Contact support@1000days.co about an eligible refund before you delete.
- Your records: to keep a copy of your data, download it in the app or ask us by email before you delete.
What is deleted, and what we keep

Delete some data without deleting your account
You can delete individual tracker entries, journal entries and documents in the app at any time. To request deletion of specific data without closing your account, email support@1000days.co.
